Shipping & delivery 📦
Arrival: Usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Video Orders: Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for us to film and edit your special moment.

Safe Travels: To make sure everything arrives safely, some larger items (like journal sets or blind boxes) may be shipped without their outer boxes.

Note for International Fans:

USA: Shipped DDU (duties unpaid). Any customs fees are handled by the courier at delivery.

EU & Canada: Shipped DDU. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
